Two unrelated failures with one symptom from outside: neither
`linkDebugTestIosArm64` nor `linkReleaseFrameworkIosArm64` completes.
linkDebugTestIosArm64: Kotlin/Native rejects backticked test names
containing a comma ("Name contains illegal characters: ','"), so the
commas come out of the commonTest names -- 84 of them across 35 files.
Every one was a `, `, so the sweep is a deletion and nothing else; two
names where the comma was doing real work are reworded rather than
jammed together ("EOSE does not end a live subscription, CLOSED does"
became "a live subscription ends on CLOSED and not on EOSE"). jvmTest's
own 138 are left alone: Kotlin/Native never compiles that source set,
and 138 cosmetic edits do not belong in a commit about a link failure.
linkReleaseFrameworkIosArm64: Kotlin 2.4.10's release backend crashes in
StaticInitializersOptimization on this module's call graph, so
RemoveRedundantCallsToStaticInitializersPhase is disabled for the release
native links. The pass is an optimization only. It matches no task on
this host, where no ios target is declared at all.
