build: follow the chain onto the merged threshold tips

`2dcd4fb` -> `db15e59`. The previous commit's fix reached this tree as a
side commit on each of the three nested repositories; this moves all of
them onto the `threshold` branch tips that merged it -- secp256k1-kmp
`9bcae25` -> `6c7b1e4`, and bitcoin-kmp and lightning-kmp with it.

Bookkeeping in appearance only. The pins the previous commit named were
rebased away upstream, so a later fetch would not have found them.
